Refund Policy

In the event of cancellation of an order before dispatch, any payment made by card at the time the order was placed will be refunded to the same card. Any Claim for damage or shortage must be made within three days of receipt of goods; the matter will be investigated and any refund due will be either credited to your trade account, or refunded to your card if payment was made at the time of ordering. Should you wish to return any goods for any reason other than that they are faulty, then you must advise us before doing so and the goods must be returned at your expense. Upon receipt of the returned goods, any refund due will be either credited to your trade account, or refunded to your card if payment was made at the time of ordering. Bespoke items made especially to order cannot be returned for refund except in the unlikely event that they are found to be faulty.
